We offer visitors to Brighton a warm welcome in our charming Victorian terraced home. We are situated in a quiet residential area above Preston Park as you enter the city centre on the main London Road.
Easy access into Brighton city centre by car takes only 10 minutes. On street parking is free in this area. Buses run every 10 minutes (taking around 15 mins)or you can walk into the centre which takes about 25 mins.
There are many excellent local pubs, restaurants and shops in the area as well as two Victorian Parks. We are only 10 minutes from Preston Park and Brighton stations with fast train services into London and to Gatwick & Heathrow Airports.
Many areas of interest nearby including the South Downs Way, Devils Dyke, Ditchling Beacon, with several golf courses, riding stables and tennis courts within easy reach.
We offer special rates for 3 day stays and mid-week stays during July and August.
Prices include an excellent full English breakfast or continental if you prefer.
We can provide an itinerary for you if this is your first visit, whether it be a shopping in the famous Lanes or modern Churchill Square, a visit to the beach, the Pier and Brighton Marina, or a tour of the famous Royal Pavilion and its gardens.
We know Brighton very well having lived here for over thirty years.
