Please complete all the questions on the Form. There's a space to give details of the web addresses where we can find your photographs to download. Alternatively you can send them to us as email attachments - preferably in jpeg format. Or you can send ordinary photos by regular post together with the form.

If you are sending ordinary photos (prints or slides) these will be returned to you, together with the link to your new new page.

Then what happens?

  • As soon as we receive your details and payment we will create your page on this website within 2 days.
  • We send you the link to view your entry online together with payment details and return any photos you sent.
  • You can then specify any corrections or adjustments to your page, and these will be carried out within a few days.
