Welcome to Ardshiel Hotel

A comfortable family run hotel open year round situated in a quiet residential area yet only 5 minutes walk to Main Street.

All our large bedrooms are in the main building either overlooking the loch or the mountain to the rear, all rooms are equipped with colour television, tea and coffee making and a hair dryer. Two of our rooms are family rooms and can easily accommodate a family of four. Pets are welcome on prior notification.

Our Restaurant offers a wide variety of local fare and is particularly renowned for its Scottish Steaks, Lamb and locally caught Scallops.

We have a comfortable lounge with open fireplace and timber ceiling. Our Bar is a whisky lovers delight with over 250 single malts including a large selection from our local distillery Springbank.

For that special occasion we also have a small function room seating 40. Parking is available on-site.

Campbeltown, the principal town of the area enjoys a mild climate due to the Gulf Stream. There are many forest walks within easy reach and two 18 hole golf courses including the world renowned Machrihanish only a ten minute drive from the hotel.
